The best-fit Brand ambassadors are HR tech influencers, in-house and agency Recruitment and Staffing professionals, Business transformation consultants, and AI tech enthusiasts who create content on social media platforms regularly and have an engaged audience of at least 5’000+ followers on their main social media platform. You’re also a good fit if you lead a recruitment or staffing community (online or offline) of 1’000+ members.
No, you don’t need to be a Carv customer to become an Ambassador, although being a product user does give you more legitimacy.
To qualify for the Partner program, your social media posts, promotional videos, podcasts, newsletters, or blog articles need to clearly mention Carv, a product use case, and to link to our website or our LinkedIn company page. You should always use your personal referral link, for both online and offline promotion. We do not accept affiliate links used on sites with adult or illegal content, promotional posts that don’t follow our brand guidelines, or activities that use fraudulent marketing tactics and abuse the program. In case of events where you share your referral link, the topic can be anything of interest for an HR/Recruitment audience.
We accept up to four social media posts, podcast episodes, newsletter entries, or blog articles per month. In case of events, both live and on-demand events can be used for promoting Carv via your referral link. Please share the details of your event with the Carv team beforehand, to receive promotional materials and ensure the right tracking for your referrals.
You will get access to our media kit, brand guidelines, as well as ready-to-use banners and product imagery for your social media posts. Additionally, you are free to promote any blog article, podcast episode, or product video shared by Carv.
A referral is considered qualified if they become an Enterprise customer. Thus, referrals are accepted only if they have the potential to become paying customers. We pay a flat fee of €500/customer, capped at €5000 per month. Given the length of the sales cycle, these submissions are reviewed and paid separately.
Referrals are tracked through your Partner dashboard from the moment you share your referral link or make an introduction. You can follow each referral's progress in real time.
Commissions are paid within 30 days of a deal closing, by invoice. You'll receive a breakdown of each commission through your partner dashboard.
Yes — there is no monthly cap on the number of enterprise referrals you can make. The more qualifying clients you refer, the more you earn.
The Ambassador program already includes a referral component, so if you’d like to promote Carv through your own content, then becoming a Brand ambassador is the better option. If you’re not a content creator or influencer but know people who might benefit from Carv, and love the product yourself, the Referral program is a better choice.
