Greg DiTullio joins Carv as COO to accelerate global expansion

NEW YORK, October 1, 2026 – Carv, the agentic platform for autonomous hiring, today announced the appointment of Greg DiTullio as Chief Operating Officer (COO). DiTullio joins Carv as the company enters its next phase of growth with accelerating enterprise adoption and a rapidly expanding presence in the United States.

Carv has spent the past years proving the potential of Agentic AI in recruitment. Today, its technology is being deployed across complex hiring operations at large enterprises across Europe and the United States. As adoption grows, the challenge evolves from proving what the technology can do, to scaling its impact across organizations and markets.

As COO, DiTullio will work alongside Carv's founders and leadership team to turn that momentum into scale. He will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic execution, with a particular focus on Carv's growing enterprise business and US presence. He will also help build the organization and operating model needed for continued international growth.

Matthijs Metzemaekers, co-founder of Carv, says: “Greg is a true HR Tech veteran, and he joins Carv at a pivotal moment in our journey. His experience, ambition, and understanding of this industry make him exactly the kind of leader we need for what comes next. I’m incredibly proud to have him on board and excited about what we’ll accomplish together.”

DiTullio brings deep experience from the same ecosystem Carv is now helping transform. At Rival, and previously at Harver and Sterling, he worked with organizations navigating the changing relationship between technology, recruiters, and candidates at enterprise scale.

“I’m excited to join Carv's next chapter of growth, working alongside an absurdly talented team, pioneering a new category of agentic solutions for recruitment and reimagining how hiring works,” said DiTullio.

Carv's platform enables organizations to build and deploy agentic hiring workflows in which specialized AI agents execute and coordinate work throughout the recruitment process. Rather than adding AI to individual tasks, organizations can use Carv to fully redesign how hiring gets done. With DiTullio joining as COO, Carv is strengthening the leadership team responsible for turning that technological shift into an operating model that can scale globally.
