The program is open to technology resellers, VAR networks, and solution providers with an established client base in staffing, recruitment, or HR technology. You should have an active sales team and experience closing enterprise software deals.
No. You don't need to be an active Carv user, although we recommend going through the product yourself during onboarding so you can sell it with confidence.
The agreement sets out your reseller margin, any exclusivity terms you've negotiated, deal registration rules, and the commercial terms of the partnership. It sits alongside our standard partner terms.
Qualifying resellers can apply for exclusivity on a specific geography, industry vertical, or ATS ecosystem. This means Carv won't actively sell or support competing resellers in your protected area. Exclusivity terms are agreed as part of the reseller agreement.
Once you're live, you can register deals through your Partner portal. Registered deals are protected — we won't engage the same account directly or through another partner.
Reseller margin is calculated on closed deals and paid out monthly by invoice. You'll be able to track your pipeline and earnings in real time through the Partner dashboard.
Our team is available for co-sell calls, product demos, and technical questions throughout the sales cycle. We treat your deals as our deals.
No — partners join under a single track. If you're approved as a Reseller Partner, the referral commission structure doesn't apply separately; your margin is agreed as part of your reseller agreement.
